Salty, unctuous proscuitto, fresh tomato, and peppery arugula are a tried-and-true pizza topping combination .

Ingredients

    1 tbsp. cornmeal
    1 lb. pizza dough
    ⅓ c. marinara or pizza sauce
    4 slice prosciutto
    2 c. cherry tomatoes
    1 goat cheese log
    ¼ tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
    2 tsp. chili oil
    2 c. baby arugula

Directions

    Arrange a rack in center of oven; heat oven to 500 degrees F. Sprinkle 2 large baking sheets with cornmeal.
    With a lightly floured rolling pin, roll each piece of dough into a 12-inch circle on a lightly floured surface online marketing. Place each round on a prepared baking sheet. Spread dough with marinara sauce, up to 1/2 inch from the edges. Top with prosciutto, tomatoes, and goat cheese, dividing evenly. Sprinkle with pepper.
    Bake 1 pizza at a time, 10 to 12 minutes each, until crust is browned.
    Drizzle each pizza with chili oil and top with arugula Enterprise VDI Solution.

Ingredients

    2 sweet potatoes
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    3 sprig rosemary
    ½ tsp. salt
    12 oz. spaghetti
    ⅓ c. pine nuts
    ⅔ c. finely grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    ¼ tsp. salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. On parchment paper–lined jelly-roll pan, toss cubed sweet potatoes, 1 tablespoon olive oil, rosemary, and 1/2 teaspoon salt . Roast 15 minutes or until tender.
    Meanwhile, heat large covered saucepot salted water to boiling on high. Add spaghetti; cook as label directs.
     Microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly toasted.
    Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water. In large bowl, toss pasta, sweet potatoes, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, and the reserved cooking water .
